Job Description

The CSC serves as a single point of contact during the client’s on-boarding experience; educating them on the pre-qualification process and their responsibilities, and maintaining the account going forward. This is an in-depth customer service position managing individual client accounts.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Internal point person for new and existing clients
  • Responsible for establishing a positive and productive working relationship with the client
  • Handle all day to day customer issues and providing analysis of complex issues
  • Provide extraordinary service by working closely with clients and cross functional internal teams
  • Research issues and provide guidance to clients
  • Accurately track status of account and make appropriate updates in system
  • Ensure the client is informed of all pre-qualifying requirements and current account status
  • Upload documents and data into the pre-qualifications portals
  • Manage tasks, e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have experience managing client accounts
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines
  • Prompt decision making, resourcefulness, conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Proficiency and acumen in verbal and written communication skills; articulate
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PDF, Adobe.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required

  • Competitive wage: $15/hr. during training (estimate four months) and $16/hr. plus bonus opportunities after training
