Job Description

North America’s leading provider of safety and compliance training products and services is hiring Business to Business Collections Agents to work in our Tempe, AZ location.

Our B2B Collections Agents are responsible for contacting customers to obtain payments, while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily tasks related to collection efforts of first party accounts
  • Accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer account maintenance and transactions:  submitting requests, re-adjusting and resending invoices
  • Retrieving payment history from the system and clearly communicating status to the customer
  • Analyzing account characteristics and working with customers to resolve their issues by advising them to bring their account current, and/or recommending appropriate actions
  • Utilizing all collection tools available to maintain delinquencies and losses
  • Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures


  • Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
  • Experience with B2B collections procedures – preferably in a call center environment, preferred but not required
  • Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Great computer skills with the confidence to learn and apply new technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Detail and goal oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
