Job Description

Safety Services Company is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage our clients’ accounts. The CSR is responsible for obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of account information and providing general support to the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages customer accounts
  • Researches and resolves issues with customer accounts
  • Speaking with customers, assisting with questions they may have regarding their accounts
  • Answering general questions regarding information on products and services
  • Responds to grievances, complaints and other questions pertaining to the customer’s account
  • Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and active communication
  • Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits to ensure FCR(First Call Resolution)
  • Commits to First Call Resolution and maintains/exceeds goals set


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Customer service in a call center environment preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal and computer skills
  • Ability to meet goals and metrics set in place
  • Strong phone contact and active listening skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
