Strong and Experienced Inside Sales Representative Needed!!!

If you KNOW, because of your past sales success, that you have what it takes to join us here at North America’s leading provider of safety and compliance training products, then this might be the job for you. We are now hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives.

You must have demonstrated success in a call center environment and are totally comfortable working with a team, making dozens of calls per day and consistently exceeding your quotas by closing sales!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls
  • Conduct customer analysis to identify needs and determine the impact of products and services on customers
  • Exceed daily and monthly sales quotas
  • Provide extraordinary customer service

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated sales success in an Outbound Call Center
  • Demonstrated experience of strong phone presence and making dozens of calls
  • Demonstrated ability to focus sales efforts by understanding customer needs and closing sales
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication with strong listening skills

  • Competitive base wage of $13 - $15 (DOE), plus an uncapped bonus
